Dr. Martine Croy Hon.B.Kin, D.C., C.S.C.S., A.R.T.
Dr. Martine graduated from McMaster University with an Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology. Her love of fitness brought her to teach fitness and cycling classes, as well as personal training at the Pulse Fitness Center.
Martine attended the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto to complete her Doctorate in Chiropractic. She is fully certified in Active Release Techniques, Acupuncture, and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
It was in Toronto where Martine discovered Moksha Yoga, and found that the practice offers a unique and complimentary regimen for herself and her patients. Martine feels that the body has the ability to heal itself naturally, and that Chiropractic and Acupuncture can be combined with Moksha Yoga to produce a healthy and balanced body.

Dr. Nicole Ciraolo B. Comm (Hons), DC, CAFCI, PTS
Dr. Ciraolo graduated as a Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) in 2006 from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and is trained in both Classical Chinese and Medical Acupuncture. As a compliment to her chiropractic and acupuncture training, Dr. Ciraolo is also a yoga instructor, certified personal trainer and spinning instructor. Dr. Ciraolo believes that chiropractic, acupuncture, massage and yoga are synergistic in restoring the natural mobility and balance of our joints and muscles. She believes in educating her patients in all aspects of health and fitness and is dedicated to providing effective evidence based health care using a combination of therapies.

Dr.'s Martine and Nicole both love working with pregnant mothers, and their children. With special training directed towards pregnant mothers and their children, the Dr's explain what all of your options are for treatment so that mothers can make informed decisions about their precious family members. Treatment has been proven to be safe for both the mother and baby, and can reduce or eliminate even the most common complaints such as muscle and joint pain, sciatica and headaches.
Webster Training
This technique evaluates the position of the pelvis in the pregnant mother. If there is a "tilt" in the pelvis, it can lead to fetal constraint. This may also be related to breech fetal positioning. Treatment can reduce this tilt with a very gentle release to certain muscles.

Nancy is a regular Moksha yoga participant, and as such feels that Moksha and Massage are a complimentary part of a healthy lifestyle for you and your muscles.
